Cambridge Academy is proud to announce the return of Rick Faye, of MKG International, for a seminar on 25th October 2014. Rick Faye is currently considered to be one of the top instructors in the JKD & Kali family world wide.

We first met Rick Faye in Birmingham about 25 years ago and, as a result of meeting him, we then hosted our first seminar with him on 21/22 November 1990, at the Kelsey Kerridge Sports Hall in Cambridge.

Founder of the world famous martial arts school, the Minnesota Kali Group, Rick is dedicated to the highest levels of training and individual improvement in the martial arts, and his book on Panantukan is in constant demand. Rick’s impressive reputation for seminars on the martial arts, self-defense and law enforcement topics keep him in demand locally, nationally & internationally. Rick’s teaching methods apply equally to the recreational martial artist up to top level fighters in various combat arts.

Rick Faye’s credentials include:2 Senior Full Instructorships in Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do & the Filipino Martial Arts, and a 5th level Maphilindo Silat Instructorship, under Guro Dan Inosanto.
He is a regional director for the Thai Boxing Association, U.S.A. and holds the level of Ajarn (Senior Instructor) in Muay Thai under Grandmaster Chai Sirisute.
He also holds instructorships in numerous other arts, including Wing Chun Gung Fu, and Sensei Erik Paulson’s Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW) system.
